The hotel created an excellent experience and memory for me right from the start during my 2 night stay. The owners and full time operating couple were attentive, informative, and welcoming throughout my two night stay. Got a ride from the main bus station to the hotel upon my arrival. The breakfast selection, restaurant cleanliness, and quality of food were above average.
The single occupancy room was cozy and adequate. It had all the necessities. But the bed and the mattress made annoying squeaky noise as you rolled around naturally. Probably a little to thin for a full size adult. This would be main constructive feedback.
The location is of course beautiful but you do need to plan and be comfortable for a 10-15 walk to the main parts of the village, unless you call a taxi. I'd recommend the place and have no problem going back, but would try a room with higher quality bedding.
